Unfortunately we do not install hair extensions that do not come from our salon. We cannot guarantee your install when the hair does not come from our salon. The hair can mat and cause a lot of install issues when we do not know the hair or where it came from. If your hair is already installed and you're wanting a tightening we can provide this with hair that has already been installed and in the hair for at least 6 weeks.

This Varies from client to client, as everyone's needs are different.

We will have a wide variety in stock of hair extensions available to all of our clients. Some specialty colors or lengths will need to be special ordered.

We do not run any credit cards on file unless a client no shows an appointment or does not give a 48 hour cancellation notice. We do have a cancellation policy of a $125 fee for all no show appointments or appointments that do not give a 48 hour notice. You can use your card on file at your appointment if you choose to at the end of your service.

Yes, we do have to have a valid card on file for all clients.
