Results in a 50 % percent charge of the reserved appointment before rebooking your next.
NO SHOW
100 percent charge and if you want to rebook you will have to prepay your base service price and will be charged any additional charges the day of appointment
If you are running late:
I always plan a 15 minute grace period as I know things can happen. If you run over and we end up not having enough time for your full booked service. You will still be charged for the booked service even if you did not receive it. If you run more than 30 minutes behind, the appointment will be considered a no show and all of the above no show fees will apply.
Consultation
Consultations for coloring services are $50 dollars and will be applied to the service if your appointment is within 10 weeks. If I haven’t seen you in 8 months, you are considered a new client and will have to book a new consultation. Consultations for hair extensions are $100 unless you end up booking that day with your deposit payment.
Adjustment services
If you are needing to make any adjustments to your hair color, you have 48 hours to notify me.
Look changes
If you are wanting to switch up your look, contact Maddy as soon as possible, as your designated time slot might not be enough time and you will have to be scheduled for a suited time slot.
Canceling and rescheduling your appointments
Maddy’s rescheduling policy will let you move your appointment within a 48hr window, if you are continuously late or keep rescheduling more than that, you will be scheduled with another stylist and further appointments will be canceled out of respect to Maddy's existing pre booked clients.
